I have just decided to shift to Texas. It%u2019s a new place for me but I like the place. Its kind of my liking. I have seen a few houses, some are well built and some are not very much so and need some repairs but if you can look through the repairs, you can always get a good deal at your home.
 
My family is back home, I have decided not to get them here for sometime until I fix up everything well enough fro them to come up. I don%u2019t want them to get involved in all the things to be done. There are legal papers of insurance and transfers to be done. Then I suppose there would be work for the house as well.
 
I have done this before so I know the amount of work It needs to make a house a home. I really like one with the location but it needs some repairs and the insurance has not been paid for. Some things I always take care while selecting a place to live is the vicinity to the marketplace and schools. If you don%u2019t have good schools in the area, it is of no use.
 
There are a few public schools here; I still have to find out which ones are good. I really don%u2019t want the kids to have a bad company or their studies suffer just because we decided to move here. I strongly believe that the quality of a human being is decided by the education and the environment he gets as a child. So here I am looking for a nice place to move in. Its already been two days for me here
 
Once I shortlist 2 or 3 best ones, I ll have my wife come up for her opinion. You should have a second opinion anyways besides I always consult her for things which can make a big impact on our lives. When you are married this comes naturally and I love my wife too much. Anyways quite a bit about my search for home. I ll try and keep updated my dairy for the new home.

There are so many things that bother me right now especially related to my home. I have just shifted to Texas and the place is so huge. Coming from a small town it unnerves me here though I like the place. Selected a house and now I have to  get so many things done at this place, There are repairs to be done, some constructions to be done here and there. House has to be checked for water pipes and hoses. Thought have got the clearance paper from the local authority it still needs quite a bit of work before I can be comfortable here with my family. I have a family of a wife and 2 kids. They have yet to shift over here.
 
I think it will take some time before I can get them to shift. I also have to get the insurance papers for the home. Texas Homeowners Insurance has been an issue for me. I was looking for a insurance company where I can get a low rate homeowners insurance but and also looked for a online deal. One of the broker I met gave me a good deal but I am still thinking about the cover it would give me. Right now the finances are more important. And the problem is that I have to get the repairs done before applying so that it can pass the inspection by the insurance company or I would be paying the extra premium.
 
Well I will solve the problem with the Texas homeowners insurance soon. Got some references at Texas homeowners insurance. Now I have to get the repairs done at first before moving things in here. There is plumbing to do and the roof needs some repair as well. Doing one thing at a time, it will take a month or so to finish up things. I know I have to start from somewhere, right now I am just getting quotes for the jobs on the list whether it is home owners insurance, electric works or the plumbing. Hope to get things done by the end of this month.
